Ryan's Way is an Adult Residential Facility for the Developmentally Disabled. There are 3 homes in our organization located in Chula Vista. Our belief is that it takes very special people to care for our clients. We are seeking kind, caring, self-motivating, responsible individuals to be a Direct Care Staff member. Our expectation is for staff to act as advocates for our clients while assisting them to live a full, active, healthy lifestyle.
